Scheduling and Fees
Each session is 50 minutes from its scheduled time. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Please notify us if you are going to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance of your appointment time, otherwise you will be charged a cancellation fee. Payment is due at the time of the appointment. A limited number of sliding scale slots are available for those with financial restraints.
For specific rates, please speak with your therapist.
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept HSA credit/debit cards.
Currently, we accept Cigna, Optum/United, Humana and Medicaid (Colorado Access). For out of network, services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. You must request reimbursement. We will provide you with any paperwork that your insurance company may require. Please check your coverage carefully by asking your health insurer the following questions:
- Does my plan cover out-of-network providers? At what rate, if any?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required by my primary care physician?
I believe counseling is a collaborative, holistic process. I come from a strengths-based perspective that supports a person's capacity for change and recognizes the importance of one's life story. As a counselor, my goal is to reach positive changes in every client's life by creating an environment that feels safe and exploratory while looking at experiences, fears, and desires through multiple lenses.
My 8 years of clinical experience includes working with individuals, families, and groups of all ages. I work with children providing play therapy, adolescents, and adult individuals facing challenges with life balance/stress, adoption/infertility, and trauma.
